Mr. Vijay Miglani has more than 40 years of experience in the Engineering and Commodities Trading space which includes seventeen years at Samsung C & T where he handled the Export & Import of Metals and Raw Materials for the clients in Europe & Asia. He gives consultancy Services to Import and Export oriented companies both within India as well as to the companies based Internationally, who want to import Coal, Import and Export of Ferrous and Non Ferrous metals and Minerals. He also served with M/s. Aeroflex Industries Ltd for three years as Director Commercial and implemented the factory expansion and streamlined the Import and local purchase of Raw Materials. Vijay’s last assignment was with Tecpro Systems, where he served as the President Director for their operations in Indonesia. He was instrumental in establishing Tecpro Systems’ business in Indonesia and achieved revenue of USD 40 Million from the trade of Coal, Iron ore and Manganese Ore. Vijay’s responsibilities also included identification and due diligence of Greenfield and brownfield coal mines in Indonesia for potential acquisition. At present he is engaged in running the Drache Holding India Pvt. Ltd., which is giving consultancy in import of Indonesian Coal, Russian Anthracite Coal, Agriculture Products from India and other countries, Steel from India and other countries. Vijay’s previous assignments include positions with Kelvinator and Tube Investments Ltd. Vijay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, India.
